Rick Wortman Named Chair of LICONY Board

(Binghamton, NY • October 18, 2019) Rick Wortman, FLMI®, CLU®, ChFC®, ACS®, AIAA™, AIRC™, AAPA™, RHU®, REBC®, Security Mutual’s Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Administration Officer, has been elected chair of the Life Insurance Council of New York (LICONY) Board. He will begin his two-year term in January.

LICONY represents the life insurance companies doing business in New York State and is committed to building an ever more-efficient business environment in which companies can best serve their customers. LICONY is composed of 61 member companies, 21 associate members and 22 allied professional members.
